In July 2007 we explained the complexities of serving one of the largest user bases in the world and the reasons for building our own in-house search service. Serving more than 150 million queries a day, and supporting a user base that has grown by more than 10x since then reinforces that decision. 

Sync your iPhone contacts to your Google account

You can sync your Google Contacts to a phone, tablet, and Apple computer. When you change a contact, that contact will change everywhere.

1. Open your iPhone or iPad's Settings app.
2. Tap Contacts  >  Accounts  > Add Account >  Google.
3. Enter your email and password. If you use 2-Step verification, use an app password.
4. Tap Next.
5. Switch "Contacts" on.
6. At the top, tap Save.

To start syncing, open your iPhone or iPad's Contacts app.

How to Downgrade (Download Older Version of) iPhone/iPad Apps

• Step #1. Open Cydia from the home screen.
• Step #2. Tap on Sources followed by Edit on top-right of the screen.
• Step #3. Now tap on Add and enter this URL: http://beta.unlimapps.com/

SpO2 Vs PaO2

Spo2 is hemoglobin saturation, pao2 is plasma saturation

SpO2 is the Saturation (peripheral) of Haemoglobin with Oxygen, expressed as a percentage ration compared to fully saturated Haemoglobin (Hb) i.e. when the Haemoglobin (the main oxygen carrying component of blood, found in red blood cells) is fully loaded with oxygen, then is it 100% saturated. It is SpO2, because this is normally measured by placing a probe on the finger which shines red light of two different types through the finger, and a calculation is carried out based on how much of each type of light is absorbed, which tells us how much the Hb is loaded up or saturated.
