தகவல் (Information)

இன்று நாங்கள் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப உலகில் வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றோம். நவீன தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் அனைத்து பிரயோசனங்களையும் நுகர்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றோம். ஆனாலும் தகவல் என்றால் என்ன என்பது பற்றி யாருமே ஆழமாக சிந்திக்க முற்படுவதில்லை. தகவல் என்றால் பத்திரிகைகளிலோ, புத்தகங்களிலோ, வானொலியிலோ அல்லது தொலைத்தொடர்பு சாதனங்களின் வாயிலாக கிடைக்கக் கூடிய செய்திகள் என்று கருதுகின்றோம். அல்லது ஒழுங்கு படுத்தப்பட்ட தரவுகளின் தொகுதி தகவல் என்று கருதுகின்றோம்.

உண்மையில் தகவல் (Information) என்றால் சடப்பொருளோ, சக்தியோ அல்ல. தகவல் என்பது ஒரு கற்பனையான விடையமும் அல்ல. அவ்வாறெனில் தகவல் என்றால் என்ன....? 

இது சம்பந்தமாக விஞ்ஞானிகள் இப்போது ஆராய்ச்சிகளை மேற்கொள்கிறார்கள். தகவல் சம்பந்தமாக ஆராய்ச்சி செய்யும் விஞ்ஞானிகள் உலகிற்கு ஒரு புதிய விஞ்ஞானத்தை வழங்க காத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றார்கள். அவர்களுடைய கருத்தின் படி இந்த உலகம் உருவாக முதலேயே அதாவது பெரு வெடிப்பு (big bang) நிகழ்வதற்கு முதலே தகவல் இருந்திருக்க வேண்டும் என்று கருதுகிறார்கள். அது எதைப் போன்றது என்றால், தற்போது தகவல் பரிமாற்றத்திற்காக அதிகளவு பயன்படுத்தும் கணனியைப் போல.

அழகை விரும்புவது மனிதர்களின் இயல்பான பண்பாகும். அழகுணர்ச்சி என்பது அல்லாஹ்வின் பண்பாகவும் கருதப்படுகின்றது. இதற்கு பின்வரும் நபி மொழி ஆதாரமாக விளங்குகின்றது.

அழகை அடைந்து கொள்ளாத உள்ளம் நிறைவு பெறாது. அழகு என்பது ஒவ்வொருவரதும் பார்வை, நோக்கு, இரசனை, விருப்பு வெறுப்பு முதலானவற்றைப் பொறுத்து வேறுபடும் என்பதும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கதாகும்.

ஆண் பெண் இருபாலாருக்கும் இடையே இறைவன் ஒரு வகை ஈர்ப்பை இயல்பாகவே வைத்திருக்கின்றான். இதனை இனக்கவர்ச்சி என்பார்கள். பசி, தாகம் எழுவது போல பாலுணர்வும் இயல்பான ஒன்றாகும். மிருக உலகம், தாவர உலகம் உற்பட எல்லா உயிரினங்களைப் பொறுத்தவரையிலும் அவை இயல்பான இனக்கவர்ச்சியால் உந்தப்பட்டு இனப்பெருக்கத்தில் ஈடுபடுகின்றன. இவ்வாறு அவை எத்தகைய கட்டுப்பாடுகளுமின்றி உறவு கொள்வதற்கு இறைவன் அனுமதி அளித்துள்ளான். ஆனால், மனிதனைப் பொறுத்தவரையில் அவன் பாலுணர்வின் கடிவாளத்தை கட்டுப்பாடுகளின்றி சுதந்திரமாக விட்டுவிடுவதை அல்லாஹ் அனுமதிக்கவில்லை. மனிதன் கௌரவமானவன். அவனது எல்லா நடவடிக்கைகளும் கௌரவமானதாக அமைதல் வேண்டும் என்பது இஸ்லாத்தின் நிலைப்பாடு. இந்த வகையில் ஆண், பெண் உறவு திருமணம் என்ற உடன்படிக்கைக் கூடாக புனிதமான ஒன்றாக அமைதல் வேண்டும் என இஸ்லாம் வலியுறுத்துகின்றது.

These tiny little seeds are packed full of fatty acids which add thickness to your hair naturally. Soak these little guys in a bowl of water for 5 days. Then, apply the flax water to your scalp and allow it to soak for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with fresh water, and wait for your hair to start thickening naturally.

5. Create a fruit mask. 

Turns out the nutrients and antioxidants in fruit aren’t just great eating, they also help to add thickness to hair. Make a mask out of fresh fruit by combining avocado, banana, and grated orange peel in proportion to your hair. Cover your whole head in the mask, leaving it to set for 20-30 minutes. Wash it off and shampoo and condition as you normally would afterwards.

What are Cushing’s syndrome and Cushing’s disease?

Cushing’s syndrome is a rare condition that is the result of too much of the hormone cortisol in the body. Cortisol is a hormone normally made by the adrenal glands and it is necessary for life. It allows people to respond to stressful situations such as illness, and has effects on almost all body tissues. It is produced in bursts, most in the early morning, with very few at night.

When too much cortisol is made by the body itself, it is called Cushing’s syndrome, regardless of the cause. Some patients have Cushing’s syndrome because the adrenal glands have a tumor(s) making too much cortisol. Other patients have Cushing’s syndrome because they make too much of the hormone ACTH, which causes the adrenal glands to make cortisol. When the ACTH comes from thepituitary gland it is called Cushing’s disease.

Cushing’s syndrome is fairly rare. It is more often found in women than in men and often occurs between the ages of 20 and 40.

Cushing’s disease

Cushing’s disease is a condition in which the pituitary gland releases too much adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). The pituitary gland is an organ of the endocrine system. Cushing's disease is a form of Cushing syndrome.

Causes

• Cushing's disease is caused by a tumor or excess growth (hyperplasia) of the pituitary gland. This gland is located at the base of the brain.
• People with Cushing's disease have too much ACTH. ACTH stimulates the production and release of cortisol, a stress hormone. Too much ACTH means too much cortisol.
• Cortisol is normally released during stressful situations. It controls the body's use of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins and also helps reduce the immune system's response to swelling (inflammation).

இந்தியாவை பிரித்தானியா ஆக்கிரமிப்புச் செய்தலும் இந்திய முஸ்லிம்களின் எதிர் நடவடிக்கைகளும்.காலனித்துவ வாதிகளின் தொடர்ச்சியான சதிகளும் முஸ்லீம்களின் அறிவார்ந்த வீழ்ச்சியும் இந்திய உபகண்டத்தை காபிர்களின் ஆதிக்கத்தின் கீழ் கொண்டுவந்தன. கி.பி 1600 இல் கிழக்கிந்தியக் கம்பனி பிரிட்டனால் இந்தியாவில் அமைக்கப்பட்டது. முஸ்லிம்களி;ன் நிலங்களையும் வளத்தையும் ஐரோப்பிய காலனித்துவ வாதிகள் படிப்படியாக விழுங்குவதற்கு ஆரம்பித்த அந்த காலப்பகுதியிலேயே சுதேசிகளான முஸ்லிம்களுக்கும் முஸ்லிமல்லாதவர்களுக்கும் இடையே பகையுணர்வை வளர்ப்பதற்கும் இவர்கள் ஆரம்பித்தார்கள். பின்னர் 1819 இல் பிரித்தானியா இந்தியாவை நேரடியாக ஆக்கிரமித்த போது முஸ்லிம்களின் கடுமையான எதிர்ப்பை சந்திக்க நேர்ந்தது. இந்த யுத்தத்தில் முஸ்லிம்களுக்கும் பிரித்தானிய ஆக்கிரமிப்பாளர்களுக்கும் இடையே வெற்றி தோல்விகள் மாறி மாறி வந்தன. பிரித்தானியர் சுதேசிகளாக இருந்த சில இந்துக்களினதும், சீக்கியர்களினதும், பௌத்தர்களினதும் உதவிகளைப் பெற்றுக் கொண்டனர். எனினும் 1846 வரை முஸ்லிம்களுடன் போராடிய 27 வருட காலப்பகுதியில் பிரித்தானியரால் அங்கு நிலையான கட்டுப்பாட்டை கொண்டு வர முடியவில்லை.

இக்காலப்பகுதியில் முகலாய விலாயாவின்; அதிகாரம் இந்தியாவின்

பாலியல் – ஓர் இஸ்லாமிய பார்வை

இன்றைய உலகு இருவகையான படையெடுப்புகளுக்கு முகங்கொடுத்து வருகின்றது. அவையாவன:

1. இராணுவ ரீதியான படையெடுப்பு
2. சிந்தனாரீதியான கலாசாரப் படையெடுப்பு

முதல்வகைப் படையெடுப்பைப் போலவே இரண்டாம் படையெடுப்பும் உலகில் பயங்கரவிளைவுகளை ஏற்படுத்தி வருகின்றது.

‘உலகமயமாக்கல்’ எனும் பெயரில் இன்றைய உலகில் திணிக்கப்பட்டுவரும் நவீன காலனித்துவம் அரசியல், பொருளாதார ரீதியான அமெரிக்க தலைமையிலான மேற்குலகின் மேலாதிக்கத்தை உலகில் வலுவடையச் செய்வதை மாத்திரமன்றி சிந்தனா ரீதயாகவும், கலாசார ரீதியாகவும் உலகை அடிமைப்படுத்துவதையும் இலக்காகக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது.

விலாயா அம்மாவுக்கான (General Governorship) இஸ்லாமிய அனுமதி.

குலஃபாக்களால் இந்திய உபகண்டத்துக்கு விலாயா அம்மா வழங்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. இது ஷரியாவால் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளபட்ட ஒரு நடைமுறையாகும். குலஃபாக்கள் விலாயாக்களை (மாகாணங்களை) பற்றி விசாரிக்கும் பொறுப்பில் கவனயீனமாய் இருந்தது உண்மையென்பதுடன் கவர்ணர்களை நேரடியாக தெரிவு செய்யாமல் பிராந்தியங்களில் தாமாக ஆட்சிக்கு வந்தவர்களை அவர்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார்கள். இந்த கவர்ணர்களை கலீஃபா ஏற்றுக்கொண்டதால் இவர்களுக்கு சட்டபூர்வ அதிகாரம் கலீஃபாவால் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

கிலாஃபத்தின் வீழ்ச்சிக்கு பின்னர் தலைசிறந்த உலமாக்களால் எழுதப்பட்ட (“The Ruling System of Islam”) “இஸ்லாமிய ஆட்சி முறை” என்ற புத்தகத்தில் இரு வகையான விலாயாக்களும் அவற்றுக்கான இஸ்லாமிய

கிலாஃபத்தும் இந்திய துணைக்கண்டமும் - பகுதி 2

அதிலிருந்து தொடர்ந்து வந்த 100 ஆண்டுகளில் டெல்லி சாம்ராஜியம் என அழைக்கப்பட்ட அவ்வாட்சி கிழக்கு நோக்கி வங்காளம் வரையும், தெற்கு நோக்கி டெக்கன் வரையும் விரிவடைந்தது. அந்த டெல்லி சாம்ராஜ்ஜியத்தை 5 வேறுபட்ட அரச பரம்பரையினர் ஆட்சி செய்தனர். அவர்கள் ஸ்லேவ் பரம்பரை(1206 - 1290), ஹல்ஜி பரம்பரை(1290 – 1320), துக்லக் பரம்பரை(1320 – 1413), சைய்யித் பரம்பரை(1414 -1451), லோடி பரம்பரை(1451 – 1526) என அழைக்கப்பட்டனர்.பின்னர் மத்திய ஆசியாவிலிருந்து தோன்றிய பாபரினால் டெல்லி சாம்ராஜியம் 1526 இல் கைப்பற்றப்பட்டு முகலாய சாம்ராஜியம் தோற்றம் பெற்றதுடன் அவரே முதலாவது முகலாய ஆட்சியாளராக தோற்றம் பெற்றார். அவரின் மரணத்திற்கு பின்னர் அவரின் மகன் ஹ}மையுன் (1530 – 1556) ஆட்சிக்கு வந்தார். போபாலில் அமைந்துள்ள அரச நு}லக ஆவனங்களின்படி பாபர் தனது மகனுக்கு பின்வரும் உயிலை எழுதினார் எனத் தெரிய வருகிறது. இந்த உயில் பாரின் தவறுகளையெல்லாம் தாண்டிப்பார்க்கும்போது அவர் இஸ்லாத்தினை நீதியான முறையில் அமுல்செய்யவேண்டும் என்பதில் அக்கறை கொண்டிருந்தார் என தெளிவாகக் காட்டுகிறது.

9/11 என்ற சுருக்கப் பெயரோடு அழைக்கப்படும் இந்த நாள் சர்வதேச அரசியலின் நகர்வுப் பாதையை உத்தியோக பூர்வமாக இன்னொரு திசையை நோக்கி நகர்த்தியது . இன்னொரு வகையில் சொல்வதானால் முதலாளித்துவ ஏகாதிபத்தியம் தன் பெற்றோலிய கொள்ளைக்கான ஆயுத பூஜையை தன் சுய பலியோடு தொடங்கிய நாளாக குறிப்பிடலாம் .

பலியிட கடாக்களை வளர்ப்பதும் ,அதில் சிலதை தன் மார்பில் பாய வென்றே வளர்த்து அந்த நியாயத்தில் அதை உருட்டி ,பிரட்டி பின் தேவையான சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் பலியிடுவது கபிடலிச பொலிடிக்ஸ் பயன் படுத்தும் அடிப்படை விதி என்பது புரியாவிட்டால் நான் இங்கு பதிவிடுவது உணரக் கூடியதாக இருக்காது .

கிலாஃபா முற்றாக அழிக்கப்பட்டு 85 வருடங்களையும் தாண்டிச் சென்று கொண்டிருக்கும் இன்றைய சூழலில் முஸ்லிம் உம்மத் தாம் உலகின் பற்திசைகளிலும் எவ்வாறு அதிகாரத்துடனும், கண்ணியத்துடனும் இருந்தோம் என்பதை விரிவாகவும், ஆழமாகவும் புரிவது இன்றியமையாததாகும். மேலும் கிலாஃபத்தின் வரலாறு குறித்தும் அது எவ்வாறு படிப்படியாக மறைய ஆரம்பித்து பின்னர் முற்றாக வீழ்த்தப்பட்டது தொடர்பாகவும் ஆராய வேண்டியதும் முக்கியமானதாகும், மேலும் சிலர் தவறாகக்கூறுவதைப்போல கிலாஃபத்தின் வீழ்ச்சியின் போது அப்போதிருந்த மார்க்க அறிஞர்களும் முஸ்லிம்களும் பெரிதாக அலட்டிக்கொள்ளவில்லை என்ற கருத்தின் உண்மைநிலை குறித்தும் நாம் முற்றாக ஆராய வேண்டும். உண்மையில் அந்தக்கூற்று மிகவும் தவறானதாகும். ஏனெனில் து}ய்மையான முஸ்லிம்கள் பலர் கிலாஃபத்தை தொடர்ந்து பாதுகாக்க வேண்டும் என்பதில் காட்டிய அக்கறையையும், அது தமது கண்முன்னால் அழிக்கப்படும்போது அதனால் அவர்கள் அடைந்த வேதனைகளையும் வரலாறு பதிந்து வைத்திருக்கிறது. இதற்கொரு சிறந்த சான்றே இந்திய முஸ்லிம்களும், இந்தியாவில் உருவான கிலாஃபத் இயக்கமுமாகும்.

முஸ்லிம் உலகின் பாதுகாப்பு அரணாக விளங்கிய கிலாஃபா (இஸ்லாமிய அரசு) ரஜப் 28 ஹிஜ்ரி 1342 (1924ம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் மாதம்3) ம் தேதியில் முஸ்தபா கமால் அதா துர்க்கினால் துருக்கிய தலைநகரான இஸ்தான்புலில் நிர்மூலமாக்கப்படடு ஹிஜ்ரி 1431 ரஜப் 28 உடன் 87 வருடங்கள் கடந்துவிட்டன. 1924 மார்ச் 3 ம் தேதி திங்கள் கிழமை காலை வேளையில் கிலாஃபத் உலகை விட்டும் அழிக்கபட்டது. இறுதியாக துருக்கியில் இஸ்லாமியசாம் ராஜியதின் கலீஃபாவாக இருந்தவர் தான் இந்த படத்தில் இருக்கும் கலீஃபா அப்துல் மஜீத். இவர் கிலாஃபா அழிக்கபட்டு ஒரு மணி அவகாசத்தில் குடும்பத்துடன் நாடு கடத்தபட்டார் .இந்த அழிப்பை செய்தவன் முஸ்தபா கமால் அதா துர்க் என்ற துரோகி.முஸ்லிம் உம்மா அனாதையானது; மேற்கு மேலாதிக்கம் கண்ட கனவு நிஜமானது; முஸ்லிம் உம்மா துடி துடித்தது .அரசியல் அனாதையானது .ஆனால் சோர்வடைந்து ஒடி ஒதுங்கி இருக்கவில்லை. மறுகணமே மீண்டும் சிந்தித்து செயல்பட புறப்பட்டது. பயணம் மிகவும் நீண்டது. இன்றும் தொடர்கின்றது .

Diesel Engine - How it works

While i was browsing i visited a webpage which contains animated pictures of various Engines. Here i share one of them. 

The diesel engine was first patented in 1892 by Rudolph Diesel.

Speed 10 fps

The diesel is similar to the four stroke, but uses a different method to ignite the fuel.

Intake

The intake valve opens, and fresh air (containing no fuel), is drawn into the cylinder.

Compression

As the piston rises, the air is compressed, causing its temperature to rise. At the end of the compression stroke, the air is hot enough to ignite fuel.

Injection

Near the top of the compression stroke, the fuel injector drives fuel into the cylinder. The fuel immediately ignites upon contact with the hot compressed air.

Power

As the fuel burns, the gas in the cylinder heats and expands, driving the piston.

Exhaust

The exhaust valve opens, and the exhaust is driven out of the cylinder.

Valve detail

The valves are operated by a variety of mechanisms on diesel and four stroke engines. The engine illustrated here features dual overhead camshafts, sometimes abbreviated DOHC. These are usually driven by a chain or cog belt as shown here.

What Are the Symptoms of Breast Cancer?

In its early stages, breast cancer usually has no symptoms. As a tumor develops, you may note the following signs:

• A lump in the breast or underarm that persists after your menstrual cycle. This is often the first apparent symptom of breast cancer. Lumps associated with breast cancer are usually painless, although some may cause a prickly sensation. Lumps are usually visible on a mammogram long before they can be seen or felt.
• Swelling in the armpit.
• Pain or tenderness in the breast. Although lumps are usually painless, pain or tenderness can be a sign of breast cancer.
• A noticeable flattening or indentation on the breast, which may indicate a tumor that cannot be seen or felt.
• Any change in the size, contour, texture, or temperature of the breast. A reddish, pitted surface like the skin of an orange could be a sign of advanced breast cancer.
• A change in the nipple, such as a nipple retraction, dimpling, itching, a burning sensation, or ulceration. A scaly rash of the nipple is symptomatic of Paget's disease, which may be associated with an underlying breast cancer.
• Unusual discharge from the nipple that may be clear, bloody, or another color. It's usually caused by benign conditions but could be due to cancer in some cases.
• A marble-like area under the skin.
• An area that is distinctly different from any other area on either breast.

The Process of Ozone Depletion

The ozone depletion process begins when CFCs and other ozone-depleting substances (ODS) are emitted into the atmosphere. Winds efficiently mix the troposphere and evenly distribute the gases. CFCs are extremely stable, and they do not dissolve in rain. After a period of several years, ODS molecules reach the stratosphere, about 10 kilometers above the Earth's surface.

Strong UV light breaks apart the ODS molecule. CFCs, HCFCs, carbon tetrachloride, methyl chloroform, and other gases release chlorine atoms, and halons and methyl bromide release bromine atoms. It is these atoms that actually destroy ozone, not the intact ODS molecule. It is estimated that one chlorine atom can destroy over 100,000 ozone molecules before it is removed from the stratosphere.

If You Have Normal Blood Pressure

If you don't have high blood pressure (HBP), you can take steps to prevent it. Healthy lifestyle habits can help you maintain normal blood pressure.

• Follow a healthy diet. Limit the amount of sodium (salt) and alcohol that you consume. The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute's DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) eating plan promotes healthy eating.
• Be physically active. Routine physical activity can lower HBP and reduce your risk for other health problems.
• Maintain a healthy weight. Staying at a healthy weight can help you control HBP and reduce your risk for other health problems.
• Quit smoking. Smoking can damage your blood vessels and raise your risk for HBP. Smoking also can worsen health problems related to HBP.
• Learn to manage and cope with stress. Learning how to manage stress, relax, and cope with problems can improve your emotional and physical health.

Many people who adopt these healthy lifestyle habits are able to prevent or delay HBP. The more lifestyle changes you make, the more likely you are to lower your blood pressure and avoid related health problems.

Goals of Treatment

The treatment goal for most adults is to get and keep blood pressure below 140/90 mmHg. For adults who have diabetes or chronic kidney disease, the goal is to get and keep blood pressure below 130/80 mmHg.

How Is High Blood Pressure Diagnosed?

High blood pressure (HBP) is diagnosed using a blood pressure test. This test will be done several times to make sure the results are correct. If your numbers are high, your doctor may have you return for repeat tests to check your blood pressure over time.

If your blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg or higher over time, your doctor will likely diagnose you with HBP. If you have diabetes or chronic kidney disease, a blood pressure of 130/80 mmHg or higher is considered HBP.

The ranges for HBP in children are different, as discussed below.

How Is Blood Pressure Tested?

A blood pressure test is easy and painless. This test is done at a doctor's office or clinic.

To prepare for the test:

• Don't drink coffee or smoke cigarettes for 30 minutes prior to the test. These actions may cause a short-term rise in your blood pressure.

1. Avoid the next quarrel: Never lose temper at the same time. Don’t let the sun set on your quarrels (Never prolong fights if at all started). It is OK to say “I am sorry”
2. Do not expect perfection from your spouse: Marriage is coming together of two imperfect beings. Don’t expect wife or husband to like this or that, accept them as they are.
3. Be a good listener: Think before speaking, it is a good idea to weigh before you speak. You are master of unspoken words but slave of spoken words. Better than listening from ear is listening through mind (with attention) and better than that is listening from heart.
4. Be a good forgiver: Some people forgive but they keep the memory alive or they forgive conditionally. Forgiveness should be complete and unconditional. 
5. Grow in the spirit of humility: Be humble. Egos bring arrogance which divide and separate people. 
6. Learn the art of appreciation: We all like to be appreciated. Always appreciate in front of others. Never criticize in a company of friends and relatives you will get opportunities in privacy.
7. Do not argue: Winning love and friendship is far greater than winning an argument. It is OK to discuss with an open mind. Learn to win love and affection rather than arguments.
8. Develop healthy sense of humour: Learn to laugh and be cheerful. It is a great tonic for healthy living and being accepted by friends. It is important to laugh with others and NOT at others.
9. Always lend a helpful hand: You will win over if you have this attitude of offering a helpful hand with or without asking.
10. Bring ALLAH back into your home: This is one of the most important one. Have a common time for prayers. It brings families together. Families that pray together stay together.

Some people only learn that they have HBP after the damage has caused problems, such as coronary heart disease, stroke, or kidney failure.

Knowing your blood pressure numbers is important, even when you're feeling fine. If your blood pressure is normal, you can work with your health care team to keep it that way. If your blood pressure is too high, you can take steps to lower it. Lowering your blood pressure will help reduce your risk for related health problems.

A little boy asked his mother, "Why are you crying?" "Because I'm a woman," she told him. "I don't understand," he said. His Mom just hugged him and said, "And you never will". Later the little boy asked his father, "Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?" "All women cry for no reason," was all his dad could say. 

The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry. Finally he met an old man who would surely know the answer. And he asked him: "Old man, why do women cry so easily?" 

Old man sad: "When woman was created, she had to be made special. Allah created her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet gentle enough to give comfort. She was given an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children. And a hardness that allows her to keep going when everyone else gives up, and take care of her family through sickness and fatigue without complaining. Allah gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances, even when her child has hurt her very badly. She was given strength to carry her husband through his faults and she was fashioned from his rib to protect his heart. Allah gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly.  And lastly, Allah gave her a tear to shed. This is hers and only hers exclusively to use whenever she needs it. She needs no reason, no explanation, its hers". 

"You see my son," said old man, "the beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart - the place where love resides."

The Worker!

One day a construction supervisor from 6th floor of a building was calling a worker working on the ground floor. Because of construction noise, the worker on the ground floor did not hear his supervisor calling. To draw the attention of the worker, the supervisor dropped a 10 rupee note from up which fell right around in front of the worker. The worker picked up the 10 rupee note, put it in his pocket & continued with his work. Again to draw the attention of the worker, the supervisor now dropped 500 rupee note & the worker did the same, picked up the 500 rupee note, put it in his pocket & started doing his job. Now to draw attention of the worker, the supervisor picked a small stone & threw on him. The stone hit exactly the worker's head. This time the worker looked up & the supervisor communicated with the worker. 

This story is same as of our life. Allah SWT wants to communicate with us, but we are busy doing our worldly jobs. Then, Allah SWT gives us small gifts & we just keep them without seeing from where we got them. Then, Allah SWT gives us big gifts & we continue the same. Just keep the gifts without seeing from where they come & without thanking Allah. We just say we are fortunate. When we are hit with a small stone, which we may call problems or afflictions, then, we invoke Allah for His blessings. Thank Allah always in whatever condition you are in. 

Alhamdulillahi Ala'a Kulli Haal.

What Causes High Blood Pressure?

Blood pressure tends to rise with age, unless you take steps to prevent or control it. Some medical problems—such as chronic kidney disease, thyroid disease, and sleep apnea—may cause blood pressure to rise. Some medicines also may raise your blood pressure. Examples include asthma medicines (for example, corticosteroids) and cold-relief products.

Other medicines also can cause high blood pressure (HBP). If you have HBP, let your doctor know about all of the medicines you take, including over-the-counter products. In some women, birth control pills, pregnancy, or hormone therapy (HT) may cause blood pressure to rise.

Women taking birth control pills usually have a small rise in both systolic and diastolic blood pressures. If you already have HBP and want to use birth control pills, make sure your doctor knows about your HBP. Talk with him or her about how often you should have your blood pressure checked and how to control it while taking the pill. Taking HT to reduce the symptoms of menopause can cause a small rise in systolic blood pressure.
